After guiding EventWorks through its acquisition by Haute and driving rapid growth from 2020–2024, she led the merger with UK-based Fluid Branding to form Brand Revolution. Today, Alisa oversees global integration and growth, steering the company toward its next chapter as a $250M platform. -

Matt Franks is the Chief M&A Officer at Brand Revolution, leading acquisition and integration strategy to support the company’s global growth. Formerly the CEO of Fluid Branding, Matt helped build one of EMEA’s leading branded merchandise firms before its merger with Brand Revolution. With deep experience scaling businesses, investing in new ventures, and driving strategic partnerships, he brings a sharp commercial lens to the organization’s expansion. A former Chairman and President of the British Promotional Merchandise Association, Matt is a respected industry leader with a track record of growth, innovation, and execution.

He previously served as Chairman and CEO of INTERA Incorporated, where he led the company’s expansion from $10M to $65M in revenue and grew its global footprint across multiple countries. Today, Marsh advises executives and boards on growth and ownership transition while guiding Brand Revolution through its next phase of expansion. -
