For Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, Brand Revolution partnered with the team to bring their vision for a new visual centerpiece to life. Already known for its immersive, late-night energy, the space called for a structure that felt extraordinary while still belonging in the forest environment. Working from Bonnaroo’s UFO concept, we helped translate the idea into a physical experience that enhanced the atmosphere, elevated the stage’s presence, and deepened the connection between the installation and its surroundings.

Built to perform

Brand Revolution led the design development, fabrication, and build of the UFO stage, balancing creative ambition with the practical demands of a live, multi-day festival. Custom framing, reflective materials, and integrated lighting transformed the forest into a galactic dance floor, while a modular, durable construction enabled rapid on-site assembly and future reuse. The stage became a defining feature of Bonnaroo 2023, reinforcing Where in the Woods as a late-night cultural hub and providing a flexible structure that could evolve for future festivals.
