Meaningful recognition, rooted in place
For Marriott’s 2024 Top Performers program in Maui, the focus shifted to honoring excellence through cultural authenticity and community connection. Hosted at The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua, the experience centered around a curated marketplace featuring local artisans and handcrafted goods, allowing attendees to engage directly with the stories and traditions of Hawaii. In the wake of the Maui fires, the marketplace also became a vehicle for giving back, with bespoke coins enabling guests to support local makers directly. The result was a deeply personal experience that celebrated achievement while fostering a genuine connection to place, people, and purpose.

The 2023 Marriott International National Association (MINA) Conference in Grand Cayman presented a different challenge - delivering a luxury, multi-day program for 500 VIPs amid complex logistics, limited local resources, and unpredictable outdoor conditions. Through strategic planning, local sourcing, and adaptable design, Brand Revolution delivered a seamless experience spanning receptions, forums, gala events, and activations. Highlights included a 500-drone light show over Seven Mile Beach and elevated hospitality moments throughout the week. By combining operational rigor with creative vision, the MINA Conference set a new benchmark for large-scale, luxury hospitality events.
