The challenge was to create a solution that could support real sales conversations - something functional, polished, and purpose-built to help salesmakers present, demo, and close more effectively in the field.

Brand Revolution combined merch design, product thinking, and media production to create a custom, sales-enabling kit built around a highly functional bag. Designed to carry multiple laptops, accessories, gifts, and collateral, the kit became a mobile sales tool that kept everything organized and presentation-ready. To ensure adoption and excitement, we produced a series of videos that introduced the program, demonstrated best practices, and helped salesmakers get the most out of their new gear, turning everyday merch into a tool that actively supported the sales process.
