A product launch and in-market sampling event at Eldora Mountain Resort, celebrating Orijen's launch with executives from Mars, Incorporated indoors while sampling product to mountain audiences outside.
Two audiences. One mountain. Three weeks.
Two distinct experiences, on the same mountain, on the same day. A product launch for executives from Mars, Incorporated (Orijen's parent company) and their dogs indoors, and an outdoor product sampling activation for the mountain's public visitors. In partnership with Weber Shandwick, Orijen's PR agency, Brand Revolution designed and produced the full activation at Eldora Mountain Resort.

Indoors, we transformed the lodge into an après-ski lounge with Adirondack chairs, a faux firepit, a working chair lift, window clings, and branded accents throughout. Since this is Orijen, the executives brought their dogs, and we built around them with a paw-washing station, a caricature artist live-sketching pet-and-owner portraits, food sampling, leashes, and goodie bags of branded gear. Executives also took home custom North Face backpacks, jackets, and t-shirts.
Outside, a second lounge mirrored the scene with real firepits and a branded red Airstream serving Orijen samples to mountain visitors. We handled all venue signage, tying both spaces together. 140 sample bags went out, all distributed before the day ended.
Load-in came with a blizzard, extreme wind, and fog. Event day came with bluebird Colorado mountain perfection. We built through one and performed through the other, delivering on time, on brand, and at altitude with precision.
