Public health, made personal.
A long-running creative partnership with agency SE2, producing video work for Colorado state departments that turns public health initiatives into stories people remember.
Their strategy. Our execution.
SE2 is a Denver-based change agency we've partnered with for years, plugging in as the creative and production team behind their public health initiatives for the State of Colorado.
From the Department of Public Health and Environment to the Colorado Food Program, our role has been to take SE2's strategy and turn it into video work that lands, animated identity-protected youth stories, in-home game shows with real Colorado families, and educational programming for state participants.
Real stories. Animated identities.
A two-year campaign supporting at-risk LGBTQ+ youth across Colorado. We interviewed young adults to capture their personal stories, then produced animated spots that brought those stories to life while protecting the identities of the people telling them. The result was celebratory, informative, and unmistakably theirs.
Sahara
A self-portrait drawn from her own words. The slow, certain work of figuring out who you really are, and the people who make space for the answer.
Abel
Two paths in front of him. One led to a gang, the other to a mentor. The story of how the right adult, at the right moment, can change everything.
Rick
A dad, on camera, learning out loud. His daughter is trans, and Rick is doing the work, listening, asking, showing up for a community he's only just getting to know.
Quill
An unapologetic celebration. The kind of joy that only shows up when you stop performing and start being, exactly, you.
The awkward parent-teen talk, as a game show.
A continuation of Forward Together, Connect More turned the focus to parents, giving them a way to start hard conversations with their teens. We built an in-home game show with a live host, set up in real Colorado homes, and let parents and kids compete to answer the questions families usually avoid. Fun, insightful, and quietly educational, in English and Spanish.
Mental Health
Helping parents open the door to mental health conversations with their teens.
Avah & Claudia
The full game show experience, produced in Spanish for bilingual Colorado families.
Teen Topics
A wide-ranging round through the topics families usually skip past.
Public health, explained simply.
A series for the Colorado Food Program, the child and adult care food program, built to inform rather than persuade. Short educational episodes for participating organizations on procurement, meal patterns, and program standards. Different ask, same playbook, take a public health initiative and make it clear, watchable, and useful.
